Arthur Zenian
Founder/Chief Executive Officer
Meet Arthur Zenian, a visionary leader in the biomedical industry and the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of enBio. With a remarkable track record, Arthur’s journey has been marked by innovation and success. He has not only launched enBio, but also established other thriving biomedical service firms such as Binovia and Strategic Clinical Engineering.
Arthur’s guiding principle throughout his career has been unwavering:
“We make a difference by being there for our customers when they need us, not when we need them.” This customer-centric approach has been the cornerstone of his success in building impactful companies.
In addition to his role at enBio, Arthur has contributed significantly to the healthcare landscape. He once held a committee position for the CIC/Tenet Healthcare Board, showcasing his commitment to industry advancement. His experience also extends to his work with Cohr, Inc., where he provided top-tier service to esteemed clients including Midway Hospital, Brotman Medical Center, and Huntington Memorial Hospital. A former intern with the American Red Cross, Arthur’s dedication to improving lives is evident across his diverse roles.

Education has been a key pillar in Arthur’s journey. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from California State University Northridge, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business and Management from Woodbury University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. Committed to continuous growth and development he is an active member of the Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges.

Greg Aghamanoukian
President
Meet Greg, bringing over 25 years of extensive experience in operations, leadership, corporate finance, strategy, and concept development. He has demonstrated exceptional leadership across diverse industries, including his roles as President and CFO at B-Air, a subsidiary of Lasko, and CFO at Chef Wolfgang Puck Beverly Hills. His career also includes significant positions at McDonald’s Restaurants, Mercedes-Benz Canada, and Ernst & Young, where he honed his skills in financial management and operational excellence.
Greg holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Diploma in Accounting from Concordia University. He is a Chartered Accountant in Canada and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Illinois. Greg is fluent in English, French, and Armenian, which underscores his global perspective and cultural sensitivity.
Greg is deeply committed to community service and personal growth. He is a founding member of LA2DC, a cycling event aimed at raising awareness about global genocide. Additionally, he has served on various boards, including local private schools and nonprofit endowment funds. Greg’s adventurous spirit is reflected in his successful summits of Mt. Ararat and Mt. Kilimanjaro.

Marlene Davis
VP of Operations
Marlene Davis is a seasoned expert in Healthcare Technology Management, with more than twenty years of experience in medical device systems engineering and Healthcare Technology operations. Her career is defined by leadership in technology integration and a commitment to advancing patient care.
She had a long career at Kaiser Permanente. Marlene began her career at Kaiser Permanente as a Biomedical Technician at the Los Angeles Medical Center before moving on to her roles as a Clinical Systems Engineer (CSE) and a Senior CSE. Over the years, she has played a pivotal role in numerous hospital replacement projects, patient monitoring conversions, and technology integration initiatives. Marlene also has vast experience working with sourcing and procurement teams to provide expertise in technology assessment.
Most recently as the Senior Manager of Clinical Systems Engineering, her team supported Southern California, Hawaii, Colorado, and Washington. In this role, Marlene’s team supported capital equipment lifecycle planning and Facilities Design & Construction major projects.
Marlene holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Southern California. She is a member of California Medical Instrumentation Association (CMIA), Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI), American College of Clinical Engineering (ACCE), and Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS). Marlene also served on the AAMI Standards Board for five years. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a dedication to improving healthcare technology, driving advancements that support better patient outcomes and operational excellence.
Marlene spends much of her free time with her college-aged son, Jaden. Both share a strong enthusiasm for sports, with a particular interest in basketball – youth, college and professional. They are both huge supporters of her alma mater, the USC Trojans. Recently, Marlene started playing golf as a new challenge. She is eager to continue improving her swing at the driving range.

Nareh Keshishian Gharghani
Controller
Meet Nareh Keshishian Gharghani, a Certified Public Accountant with a Master of Professional Accountancy from California State University, Northridge, bringing over five years of progressive experience in public accounting, tax, audit, and corporate finance.
She has demonstrated strong financial leadership through roles at respected firms and organizations. Most recently, she served as Senior Accountant at MediaCo Operations Holdings, where she led fixed asset management, lease accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, audit support, and supervised senior accounting staff.
Nareh’s background also includes experience at Weaver and Tidwell LLP, where she provided business management services for high-net-worth clients, including payroll oversight and preparation of both corporate and individual tax filings. At CliftonLarsonAllen, she supported assurance engagements and conducted audits for nonprofit organizations.
Detail-oriented and strategic, Nareh brings both technical expertise and a collaborative mindset to her role as Controller. Her commitment to financial integrity and operational excellence positions her as a valuable asset to the enBio leadership team.

Shannon Hall
Chief People Officer
Shannon Hall, SHRM-SCP, as our new Chief People Officer. With over a decade of strategic HR leadership, Shannon brings deep expertise in scaling high-growth organizations, aligning people strategy with business outcomes, and fostering cultures where talent thrives.
Most recently, Shannon led Total Rewards at Xponential Fitness, aligning benefits programs while improving employee engagement and cost efficiency. At Utilligent, she guided the company through M&A integrations and a private equity sale, championing inclusive hiring, pay equity, and retaining key talent.
A trusted advisor to executive teams, Shannon is known for her human-centered leadership, operational excellence, and ability to translate business goals into impactful HR programs. Her appointment reflects our commitment to investing in our people and building a workplace where performance and purpose go hand in hand.
Shannon holds a BA in Speech Communication from California State University, Fullerton, is a Senior Certified Professional through SHRM, and an active member of the National Human Resources Association.

Jeremy Chung, CBET
Director of Operations
Meet Jeremy Chung, an integral part of enBio’s team as the Director of Operations. With a wealth of experience, Jeremy takes charge of crucial aspects including project logistics, technical resource deployment, and field operations across various support teams.
Quality control stands at the forefront of Jeremy’s responsibilities, ensuring that operational outcomes consistently meet high standards. His pivotal role extends to managing the scope, costs, and intricate logistics of each project, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. On top of that, Jeremy oversees enBio’s field service and bed service operations across our nationwide customer network.
Jeremy’s dedication to service excellence shines through his collaboration with technical supervisors, staff, and service providers. This ensures that the highest level of service is not only met but exceeded, all while maintaining a commitment to swift service execution.
Jeremy’s qualifications are a testament to his expertise. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering Technology from DeVry University, coupled with his certification as a Certified Biomedical Equipment Technician (CBET). His strong technical acumen, coupled with adept management skills in the realm of biomedical engineering, equips Jeremy to deliver practical solutions and effective team leadership within enBio.
